Ein sehr sauberes und heimeliges Hotel, so dass man sich sehr wohl fuehlt. Das Fruestueck ist sehr vielfältig und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Ein Genuss und wird sehr gut von einem freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter betreut. Auch von den Mitarbeiterinnen der Rezeption kann man nur sehr gutes berichten; sehr freundlich, kompetent und man fühlt, dass man Willkommen ist. Besonders Frau Nagy hat uns am Schluss sehr herzlich verabschiedet, das uns veranlassen wird gerne Wiederzukommen. Ganz herzlichen Dank!

Gut gelegenes Hotel am Rande der Altstadt mit kleinen aber sauberen Zimmern. Äußerst hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, Frühstück mit reichhaltigem Buffet.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Hottingen in December 23. The staff were all welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was varied and delicious, our room was immaculate and very quiet despite being (conveniently) on a tram line. Location also great, with a small but varied grocery right across the street (Huber), and 2 bakeries just steps away! Highly recommended.

Waren dort für eine Nacht zur Streetparade 2023. Es war einfach wunderbar nach 25 Jahren im Auto die Nacht bandscheibenschonend ablegen zu können ???? Lage, Zimmer, Matraze, Bad, Frühstück, Angestellte alles top... für 2024 haben wir schon wieder gebucht und freuen uns schon wieder auf ein tolles Mädelswochenende ????

We can not say enough about the service at the Hotel Hottingen. The Director, Roger Giger, is an absolute gem. Intelligent, witty, gracious - Roger gave us a warm welcome and wonderful advice about what to see and do in Zurich. While the room we were in was average, and needed more light, the location and service more than made up for it. Roger is a valuable asset to this hotel and the Hotel Hottingen is lucky to have him!

I stayed for 1 night. My room was very clean. The bathroom was very nice and also clean. My room wasn’t big but not very small like making me anxious ???? I didn’t have a breakfast but there were coffee, tee, water in the lobby. Staff was certainly helpful and kind. Located in an amazing spot. I walked for maximum 15 minutes to the city center. Neighborhood is very silent, nice apartments around. I had a car, the hotel wanted 15 Euros for all day. That was also a nice opportunity. Outside parking spaces were more expensive. I am satisfied with my stay. Thank you for everything.

We always choose this hotel when visiting Zurich - it never disappoints. The location is great - so easy to get into town on the tram, but lovely and quiet too, with the museum nearby. The receptionists are friendly, and so helpful - as is the lady serving the delicious breakfast. We chose a large room on the top floor, which had loads of space, a huge comfortable bed, good lighting, a fridge, and nice views. We will be back!

Clean, comfortable, ice machine and water in the foyer, and air conditioning in the room!
The breakfast is perfect, nothing fancy or a lot, but each ingredient taste Swiss perfection.

What is there not to appreciate? The service was top-notch. Magi was fabulous....always smiling and wanting to help. Barbara was always helpful. The room was Swiss clean. A bit small but was pleasant, quiet, and with a balcon. 10 minutes or 4 tram stops from the central station. Close walk to all attractions etc. Highly recommended staying here
