Praliné Scherrer is an institution in St. Gallen, located just a stone's throw from the Abbey district, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. An excellent pastry chef and chocolatier, the company has made truffles and pralines its specialties, always coming up with new and innovative gourmet recipes. Among the creations, truffles with cinnamon, mulled wine or tiramisù. All served in elegant wooden boxes. A great gift idea if you can resist the temptation to devour everything. Also very good gingerbread.
