ALTES BAD (OLD THERMAL BATHS)
A museum, restaurant and conference room, this set is housed in the old thermal baths, white baroque buildings nestled in a narrow valley. In operation until 1969, the thermal baths were cared for by a foundation and restored from 1983 to 1990. The museum part of the museum, of course, recounts their history, but also that of the abbey, dissolved in 1838. Another exhibition is devoted to Paracelsus, naturalist, doctor and philosopher, who was the first doctor of the thermal baths. Finally, the buildings themselves, where different parts are reconstituted, are of real interest.
