Bastien Dangelser, after his appearance on "Qui sera le prochain grand pâtissier?", created this pastry and chocolate shop. His CV is impressive: top of his class at just 24, he cut his teeth alongside Franck Fresson in Metz, before returning to Alsace to join Thierry Mulhaupt's team as head chocolatier. Today, he showcases his creativity in small, remarkably well-executed pastries: macaroons, entremets, chocolates... Impossible to resist, even if it's just the smell when you walk in!
