P+R Étoile is a covered parking lot in Carouge. It is ideally located in the new PAV (Praille-Acacias-Vernets) business district, and offers direct connections to the city center via streetcar and bus lines and the Lancy-Pont-Rouge stop on the Léman Express. The parking lot has 561 spaces, some of which are reserved for electric cars and people with reduced mobility. It also offers spaces for Mobility car-sharing vehicles, a protected and secure outdoor bicycle station, and spaces for motorized two-wheelers. The P+R Étoile is equipped with a photovoltaic roof that produces around 125,000 kWh of electricity annually. Parking rates are CHF 1 per hour, with a daily rate of CHF 24. The parking lot accepts payment in euros, by credit card, in cash in CHF, by Credit-Parking card and by cell phone. Monthly and annual season tickets are also available for commuters and motorized two-wheelers.
