We served this agency in Geneva for the first and last time two months ago. They do not know what they are talking butt, we had to do most of the job ourselves (South America); they just go from one access and take the first offers they find! Our bookings (hotels, plane...) were full of mistakes! Definitely not serious.

ils nous ont organisé un voyage que nous avons réglé en totalité , ils nous ont laissé nous débrouiller pour obtenir les visas en nous conseillant une mauvaise agence de visa, qui nous a "balladé" et pas obtenu le visa dans le délai, nos passeports sont revenus le lendemain du départ prévu. Tout perdu et NEOS n'a rien fait . Je déconseille fortement de passer par eux.
