Is it the chicken that laid the egg or the other way around? That is the question. Far from this Sisyphean debate, here are the two foods that are the basis of the dishes offered. The concept is original. Apart from a few "intruders" such as half-lobster or beef fillet, everything is based on chicken. Thus, it can be enjoyed as a burger, a chicken sleeve or a Milanese dish. As for the egg, it is the basis of a great creativity, for the starter as well as for the dessert: in meurette, scrambled, in tortilla or in snow for the sweet version. Beautiful setting.
