LA FUMISTERIE CHEZ ERNEST
A strange name for this atypical restaurant, doesn't it? This name comes from the chimney sweeping profession which consists of maintaining and repairing chimneys. It is a tribute to the profession previously practised in this place by Ernest, an ancestor of the present owners. It has been completely redecorated with an flawless design, repainted in dark red and adorned with contemporary artworks. This beautiful industrial area, with a concrete floor and large bay windows, has become the new lively and trendy place of the Acacias district. The restaurant swings between Italian cuisine with its famous antipasti, homemade pasta such as spinach ravioli and truffle oil, and food with Mediterranean influences. You can come with a group of friends whether it is for lunch or in the evening for an aperitif in a trendy spot. Still, note that the open-space side can generate a little resonance depending on the number of customers. Terrace in summer.
