A sumptuous building dating from the 18th century, located in the heart of the international organizations district, right next to the UN palace. The students of the Geneva Hotel School are doing their trial run there. They are in the kitchen, preparing the dishes and serving in the dining room. They are perfecting their knowledge, and the result is a success. The seasonal menu is composed of refined dishes, always well presented. A pleasant terrace opens on the Ariana park. A break before visiting the UN or the International Red Cross Museum.

Un repas à Vieux Bois reste un moment festif!

Comme d'habitude le service est impeccable. Surtout ne pas se priver de l'entrée de truffe de foie gras de canard, crumble , pomme fruits et vin cuit....! Quelle délicatesse que cette entrée. Bravo chef
