In the heart of the Hilton Geneva, the Olivo offers a stopover with Mediterranean flavours. During the summer, the terrace opens onto a beautiful setting and this ensures a total change of scenery without having to take a plane. Its hundred-year-old olive trees and its organic vegetable garden give us a breath of fresh air. The chef honours Italian dishes with a contemporary touch: pasta, lobster risotto venere, salmon antipasti, beef fillet Fabisala, or wild sea bream in a sea salt crust. A beautiful Italian escape.

Très belle découverte. Cadre calme et cosi. Petit bémol sur la cuisine, faux filet d angus servi tiède. Dommage.
Sinon un service impeccable et très rapide. Merci. Je recommande.

Bonjour, malgré un service irréprochable, les plats arrivaient beaucoup trop vite… on a pas eu le temps de boire l apéro que les entrées arrivaient. Même chose entre l entrée et le plat principal. Nous avons mangé en moins d’une heure. Petit bémol au serveur qui n a pas su me donner la composition de la soupe du moment…j ai eu du céleri et j aime pas ça. Cadre passablement bruyant. Déçu.

Plusieurs serveurs pour une table. Plats sans saveurs. Fais une demande particulière, mais n’est pas respectée, car apparemment ils étaient « dans le rush ».
