In the heart of the Hilton Geneva, the Olivo offers a stopover with Mediterranean flavours. During the summer, the terrace opens onto a beautiful setting and this ensures a total change of scenery without having to take a plane. Its hundred-year-old olive trees and its organic vegetable garden give us a breath of fresh air. The chef honours Italian dishes with a contemporary touch: pasta, lobster risotto venere, salmon antipasti, beef fillet Fabisala, or wild sea bream in a sea salt crust. A beautiful Italian escape.

Délicieuse cuisine italienne, cadre super agréable, service professionnel…. Ce resto à Genève mérite le déplacement. J'y reviendrai sûrement.
