Gourmet burgers imagined by the talented Geneva chef Philippe Chevrier. The lobster roll is surprising in taste and texture.

The first Denise's sign was opened in 2014. The restaurant offers an original concept of "gourmet burgers" by top chef Philippe Chevrier, which can be eat-in or taken away. The name was chosen in homage to the Michelin-starred chef's mother. The "lobster roll" features Maine lobster with lime remoulade, topped with avocado mousseline. In summer, picnic boxes are available to take away.

Pour avoir été "Chez Philippe", je m'attendais à bcp mieux. Les burgers étaient bons mais sans plus, surtout pour ce prix, nous nous attendions à mieux. Il n'y avait quasi personne dans le restaurant (un jeudi soir), un seul serveur pas très affable... Bref, nous sommes sorties déçues.

Intéressant et belle découverte, mais à améliorer…dommage que le service soit long, peut-être il est temps de recruter du personnel pour alléger le serveur débordé.
