A change of scenery! A delicious lacquered duck à la pékinoise will be served to you in the 4 Saisons restaurant.
Departure to China. It is an invitation to travel through the decoration and which makes the beautiful part to the colors. Taste the Peking duck. It is in a respect of the tradition that we serve it, in three parts. The duck is first brought in whole, and the first operations of division are done in front of you, lean meat, fatty meat and skin. Thin slices of duck are cut and rolled into patties, then the rest of the duck is brought back to the kitchen to be prepared again with fried noodles and broth.
