The Gandhi, evocative of great wisdom, guides you through the tasty specialties of India. The waiters will make you taste their culinary specialties from the north of India, more particularly from Punjab. As in the Indian tradition, the dishes are multiplied and arranged in the centre of the table so that each guest can taste at his own pace the tandoori, murgh tikka (pieces of marinated chicken, grilled in the tandoor), machi tikka (skewer of salmon grilled in the tandoor), jheenga tandoori (grilled jumbo shrimps).
