At Petit-Saconnex, at the corner of Trembley Avenue and Avenue du Bouchet. Cuisine cuisine in northern Japan. Very different from what is done elsewhere. Flavours are new and surprising, even for the Japanese. There is a lot of pork and chicken. Sushi fans abstain.
