BOUCHON
The speciality of the Bouchon is the charbonnade. Many Genevans even find that it is the best in the city. It is served with a salad and chips and is consumable at will! But it is not the only speciality of the hotel, which also serves grilled meat or fish and vegetables at will, as well as fondues, Chinese and burgundy, without forgetting the fondues with cheese! In summer, on the terrace, you can enjoy the fisherman's charbonnade that consists of a mixed grill of various fish and seafood: red mullet, John Dory, squid and shrimps. You can also choose meat mixed-grill which includes pork, lamb, merguezes, chipolatas of veal and beef. The restaurant also serves pizzas from monday to friday at lunchtime, and a corner was even provided for children: changing table, high chair and menus are available in order to make them feel comfortable! As for new B'club lounge, in the hotel, it is turned into afterwork from 6:00pm, with music and DJ, and into a night club on Fridays and Saturdays evenings from 10:30pm!
