Café Gavroche is also an establishment where you can eat well without fuss. An atmosphere of tolerance can be felt in this café-restaurant. Mezzes are offered with portions of hummus, eggplant caviar and other delicious sauces, served with an oriental flatbread. But above all, the place is known for a speciality: the galette du Gavroche. An extremely thin pastry, cooked in a healthy way, to which chicken and goat cheese are added on a base of tomatoes, peppers and aubergines.
