A true old Carouge bistro, legendary for its authenticity, L'Aigle d'or welcomes you in its updated setting, since the arrival of the new management in February 2013. Chef André Mulato, who has been cooking for more than 28 years, will tell you with a smile as generous as his cooking: "here you feel like you are between Lyon and Venice". He draws his inspiration from the market and offers new suggestions every day, with a fish of the day a la plancha that is all the rage. Even if the house speciality is the famous risotto.
