Tout simplement parfait, le menu business lunch à 60 ou le découverte à 75, les serveurs donnent le même service exceptionnel que si vous commandiez le menu dégustation, et ça c'est vraiment appréciable. J'y reviendrais plusieurs fois pour bien manger et être gâté par le personnel extrêmement professionnel, pas trop cher, à midi.

Une cuisine absolument magnifique, des saveurs fines et originales (les grenouilles, le cochon, les fines découpes de boeuf, l'entremets au citron., les desserts,.. et le Haut Marbuzet 2010), un très beau cadre et un personnel de grande classe extrêmement agréable, vraiment un déjeuner exceptionnel !
