LE BISTROQUET
Large ice creams on walls, orange leather benches, chairs and wooden tables: no doubt, we are in a bistro, but in a contemporary version that combines tradition with modernity. A combination that finds itself in the plate, with dishes of French dishes from bistro, from a touch of originality, such as gras fatty foie to onion and grape conflict, or essential specialities such as steak tartar tartare prepared in front of the customer and flambées flambées in pastis. In this lovely bistro, the reception is pleasant and efficient service. In summer, nice terrace on the quiet Caroline Street. The Bistroquet also offers a dessert card that is very good and fun, with some rather rare treats like floating island. A fine wine list has also been developed with a few less known but promising domain names in Geneva: Domaine d'Amoz or Domaine des Faunas. A charming address with many advantages.
