He offers harmonious variations of fish from Lake Geneva like the pike from Lake Geneva served in carpaccio or the true Fera Tartar. There are also several meat specialities, including the tasty Château de Crest pork in Jussy. In summer, L'Etage - it is located upstairs after a flight of stairs from the splendid terrace of the brasserie - offers barbecue with chosen spices. You can enjoy tasty French cuisine too.
