Encore une nuit dans ce magnifique hôtel en plein centre de Genève, à deux pas de la gare centrale Cornavin. C'est toujours un plaisir de revenir ici et de s'y sentir comme chez soi, tant l'accueil du personnel est extraordinaire, du check-in au check-out. Cette fois, j’ai eu l’occasion de visiter le spa, très bien équipé et impeccablement propre et fonctionnel, comme le reste de l’hôtel. Chambre cosy et finement décorée, matelas d'excellente qualité, très reposant, télévision 65 pouces qui m'a permis de brancher mon portable pour regarder le programme que je souhaitais.||Merci pour la gentillesse du directeur, M. José Dominguez, qui a bien voulu nous saluer après un copieux petit-déjeuner et avant notre départ.||En fait, cet hôtel mérite une visite et nous y retournerons certainement, tant pour l'hôtel que pour l'accueil du personnel qui, étant professionnel, a un côté personnel très agréable.

L'hôtel est très agréable, moderne et très bien situé (près de la gare et à quelques pas du lac Léman et de la vieille ville). Les chambres sont très bien meublées et propres. Le personnel, tant à la réception qu'au restaurant, est formidable – très gentil et serviable ! Je suis allé dans cet hôtel plusieurs fois (la dernière fois en novembre avec ma sœur) et j'y passe toujours un excellent séjour. Je réserverais certainement à nouveau. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Selon nous, le meilleur hôtel de Genève pour un city trip. Très moderne, propre et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable.

Hôtel très confortable avec un personnel super sympathique et situé très central. Bref, super ! Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais sont décorées avec beaucoup de style ! Je n'ai aucun point négatif.

Super hôtel, très bien situé, Julian à la réception était compétent et très sympathique ! Je n'ai rien à reprocher à l'hôtel, tout, de la chambre au service client, était excellent. Grands bars et restaurants autour de l'hôtel. L'emplacement depuis l'aéroport était à 7 minutes à pied de la vieille ville était à 10 minutes à pied, le marché de Noël en bas de la route également
