Extrêmement utile, en particulier pour mon partenaire qui est arrivé plus tôt dans la journée après une longue période de transit. Les chambres étaient traditionnelles et bien entretenues. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec un excellent service et des options. La dame du concierge était impeccable en ce qui concerne les directions et les recommandations tout en parlant un anglais impeccable. le seul problème était que le personnel suggérait plutôt de laisser un pourboire de 5 à 10 % au moment du paiement, ce que je me sentais obligé de faire et qui rendait le service moins sincère.

Had a fabulous stay and staff were fantastic. Extremely helpful particularly to my partner who arrived earlier that day from a long period of transit. Rooms were traditional and well kept. Breakfast was lovely with great service and options. The lady at concierge was impeccable at directions and recommendations while speaking in flawless english. the only issue was staff were quite suggestive of leaving a 5-10% tip on checkout in which I felt pressured to do and made the service appear less sincere.

L'Hôtel d'Angleterre fut construit en 1972. Classé monument historique, il a été de nombreuses fois récompensé pour la qualité de son service, la beauté de son cadre ou la générosité de son accueil. En 2014, il figura au Top 10 des meilleurs hôtels du monde. Plein de raisons pour aller y prendre a cup of tea !
