Adjacent to the Cornavin train station, the Hotel Le Montbrillant draws its charm from a personalised family welcome and a century-old building with a décor combining modernity and rustic touches. Exposed stones and beams give character to the rooms and studio suites. Sober, it is one of the least expensive of the 4-stars. Make way for service and reception! Possibility of long stays with studios equipped with kitchenettes. A brasserie and a restaurant serve a menu in the same spirit. A pleasant address for a stay combining good comfort and welcome.

No rating on the closed restaurant or breakfast (not taken at hotel). The WiFi works fine once connected, but I found for my whole stay that every single time I wanted to use it if not used for an hour or so I had to sign in again. I used the Room/Name method. This was the case both for my phone and my computer.

The hotel is very well situated in Geneva. The receptionists were really friendly and kind. One should see the hotel after the renovation! The breakfast could have been more diverse, but the room was clean with air conditioning, and even though it was in front of the station, there was no bothering noise, especially at night! I will come again after the renovations!
