What a wonderful Bonvoy hotel! Simply lovely. Very high end in my opinion. The entire staff from the front door to the room service in the evening was well beyond our expectations. The concierge services was spot on! This is a highly recommended hotel in my opinion. Would love to come again in the summer to see the difference in seasons. Superb!

Le lit était magnifique. Les salles de bains, bien que démodées, étaient très propres. Même si la douche était très étroite. Les téléviseurs cependant… tellement vieux. Je jure qu’ils n’ont pas fabriqué de téléviseurs comme ceux-ci depuis 2010. C’est presque embarrassant que l’hôtel se sente bien avec une technologie aussi obsolète.

Le personnel était très gentil et attentionné. Même s'il n'est pas aussi romantique que certains des autres hôtels à proximité et bénéficierait d'une rénovation, cela reste un bon choix. Je le recommanderais.

We stayed here for 3 nights in December. The hotel is in a wonderful location, right on the lake and promenade. The building itself is in good condition, but the decor and textiles are dated and in need of an update. However, everything is very well taken care of.

The room was nice. We had a junior suite, which was two normal rooms that had a connecting door between. One room had been turned into a sitting room, the other a normal king room. Again, the decor was dated but it was impeccably clean and well taken care of. The bed was wonderful. The bathrooms, while dated, were very clean. Although the shower was very tight. The TVs though….sooo old. I swear they haven’t manufactured tvs like these since 2010. It’s almost embarrassing that the hotel feels ok to have such outdated technology.

The staff were very kind, and attentive. While it’s not as romantic as some of the other hotels near by, and would benefit from a refurb, it’s still a solid choice. Would recommend.
