We would like to extend our gratitude to Vincent from Concierge for his outstanding hospitality to us. We could not visit United Nations Office and just hoping to get suggestions on where to go in Geneva and Vincent helped us without hesitation even though we are not hotel guests. He patiently explained and introduced the history of the spots he recommended - with his humour that made us laugh all the way! ||Thank you very much Vincent and we hope to stay here in the future!

Le pass de transport en commun m'a permis d'accéder au système de transport en commun très pratique de Genève, qui dépose/récupère directement depuis Intercon. Le Choco Pass m'a donné accès à plus de 8 chocolatiers où je me suis auto-guidé et ils m'ont offert tellement de chocolat à chaque arrêt. J'ai aussi un city pass qui me donne accès à leurs musées (que je dois découvrir bientôt.)

L'équipe de Genève est très attentionnée et nous permet vraiment de passer un bon moment en venant des États-Unis. Veuillez vous renseigner sur leurs pass lorsque vous réservez un voyage ici ! Le Choco Pass est vraiment un rêve pour les amateurs de chocolat.

Firstly the hotel is stunning. The wood decorations fill the hotel and you feel extremely luxurious as soon as you enter. When I was in the process of planning my trip a couple weeks ago, the Intercontinental Geneva team was very passionate about making sure I have the best experience in their city and prepared a couple passes for me. The transit pass allowed me to access Geneva's super convenient public transit system that drops/picks up right in from of Intercon. The Choco Pass gave me access to 8+ chocolatiers where I self guided myself to and they presented me with so much chocolate each stop. I also have a city pass that gives me access to their museums (which I have to experience soon.)

The Geneva team is so thoughtful and really makes it easy for us traveling in from the states to have a good time. Please ask about their passes when you book a trip here! The Choco Pass is seriously a chocolate lovers dream.

We went for drinks with colleagues and I must say I was very disappointed. First they could not find the reservation we had at the bar, then they gave us a spot in a dark place where they forgot about us. Average time to get our drinks was around 15-20 minutes and the food we ordered was cold. They even forgot to bring us napkins. It did not seem like they were short of personnel but they were very inefficient. I have been a regular customer but now I do not think it is worth it any more.

Good breakfast, comfortable room, close to WHO, close to airport, right on bus route to useful locations. Not close for walking to many restaurant locations, but if up for extended walk, not far from Lake Geneva and it's activities and nearby restaurants.

Stayed here for five days and found this hotel to be clean, with friendly staff, and a great breakfast! The prices at the bar were high, but considering where you are (in a nice hotel, in Geneva, across from the UN) they are about right. I appreciated being near to two bus stops, Intercontinental and Nations (buses 5,15, and 8 were my go-to's). The rooms had awesome black out curtains and offered complimentary tea, hot chocolate, and waters. Mine had a nice fall view of the mountains in the distance.

One expects excellence from this hotel and I was sadly disappointed. The bathroom was small, cramped and the toilet was wedged in a corner against a wall making it difficult to access. Water temperature in the shower spontaneously increased and decreased like one would expect in a cheap hotel. I reported it to the desk after my first night but the problem continued. It is an expensive hotel and not worth the price based on this visit.

Had a great time here. My only issue was that I paid for a double bed and was given a room with twin beds so my first night was rather uncomfortable. However I complained and was moved to a room with a double bed the next day. Other than that the hotel was fantastic. Location was really good and breakfast was impeccable. I wouldn't say it was great value for money as it was very pricey but I'd still recommend it.

Such a wonderful time at Intercontinental Geneva, great hotel and service, nice swimming although we didn’t have time to enjoy but overall impressed. The breakfast wasn’t bad as I remembered, the room quite comfortable and nice view look out the windows.
