The team are not at all listening to the customer.
I lost 1 month for earring, I uis last twice in the shop, you informed me that I was to call to know if it were still available, following my call I was very disappointed to learn that once again nobody wanted neither, nor the good sense to watch shop to know if these earrings were still available.
Me was simply said that if you had told me to call it is that they were definitely more only available I find absolutely idiotic. I did not even entertain excuses on behalf of the collaborators to have been made waste my time and ultimately one hung up again me nose.
