Founded in 1996 by the Confederation and the Canton of Geneva, supported by national and local, public and private entities, the Centre d'Accueil - Genève Internationale (CAGI) aims to facilitate the installation and integration in the Lake Geneva region of international civil servants, members of permanent missions, consulates, NGOs, multinational companies and their families. Several services are orchestrated by the Cagi: the Housing & Information Service, the welcome programme for new arrivals, the Events Service, the Delegates' Service, the NGO Service, the cultural kiosk at the Palais des Nations.
