Global Exchange is an exchange office located at Geneva International Airport, in the town of Grand-Saconnex, Switzerland. You can find them in both the public arrival and baggage claim areas, as well as in the departure area. The arrival office, located on the first floor, has two entrances, one exclusive to passengers and the other public. The departure desk is located in the departure hall, at the former information point in front of the Montreux Jazz Cafe. There is also an office in the exclusive passenger arrival area, between the baggage carousels and the duty free area, as well as an office in the public arrival area, on the first floor. Finally, there's a currency exchange office in the departure area, after security, on the third floor.

Je donne mes billets, on m’affiche le montant que l’on me donne, celui-ci correspond au taux de change du moment, je rentre mon mail pour recevoir la preuve de transaction, je prends mes billets et part pour mon hôtel faisant confiance à cet organisme.
C’est une fois à l’hôtel que je me rend compte de la supercherie, je regarde la preuve de transaction et elle est 4000 lire turques plus basse que le montant affiché à l’aéroport… je vérifie mes billets, il manque bien ce montant. Global exchange vient de se faire 100 euros sur mon dos ! Ils ont gardé 1/5e de mon argent sans me prévenir.
Arnaque. A fuir littéralement !!!
