Pougnier has been a reference in Geneva for 3 generations. Everything is to be crunched in these pastries! A farandole of breads, pastries, cakes, chocolates, sweet and savoury puff pastries, various sandwiches have made the success of this family business. At any time of the day, there is a parade of gourmets at the arcade of Cornavin. You can see the passengers doing their shopping before boarding the train, and they are quite right. Because everything here is made with noble raw materials: the baguette à l'ancienne ferments over three days without yeast. A real treat!
