Everything has been about tradition since 1961. At Maître Wolfisberg, 1999 Europe's bakery champion, quality goes with craft and know-how. The small shop is now extended by a tea room, with a terrace at Rue Saint-Joseph so as to enjoy summer and a refined daily special and its dessert or the brunch during the weekend. This well-known and hot spot of Carouge blends luxury and conviviality and has a corner for children. It is the meeting place for chic families every Sunday. We often make a detour to buy the famous fig bread or the apricots and pistachios one, or the baguette du temple. It is hard to keep them whole until home! As for the pastries, we recommend you the apple and white wine tart and the grated apple or the chocolate truffle one. Whether you want takeaway, snacks or sandwiches, do not forget the homemade ice creams! And for those who love pastry and sweets, it is possible to follow lessons throughout the seasons by registering for workshops on the website: Want an overview? The chocolate pot, crown and king cake, ice creams and sorbets, macaroons.

C.est a convivial and refined at the same time, where it is good to relax, with the choice and according to the mood, with the interior or on the terrace, or even on the small square of the temple, with the shades chestnut trees.
They do not lie: everything is fresh and authentic, you feel the love of trade and well-prepared job.
The icing on the cake do is that children are welcome with a space designed especially with their intention so that they are not get bored and does not disturb either the other guests. Do is exceptional.
The food is excellent. J experienced several dishes jamaisnêtre disappointed, but J have fond of the vol-au-vent with crayfish, with its light and tasty flaky pastry (usually I N do not like). It is exceptionally furnished with fine dishes (, crayfish) and not drowned in béchamelle (0) rich and inexpensive. Do is completed D a salad deliciously seasoned as it is necessary... I have them L water mouth only to speak of it, then N do not hesitate and pleasure...
