On this beautiful place Longemalle, a charming store housed under an arcade well known by the Genevans. One finds all the know-how of the Geneva master chocolate makers. Beautiful chocolate sculptures, plates with different flavors, a specialty, "Moules du Lac" and a large choice of pralines. The specialty of the house are the "pavés glacés" made of dark chocolate with cocoa butter. A recipe of Mr. Zeller which is known all over the world. The house of Zeller, which has existed since 1959, is also present in Japan.
