You will see it, below the place du Bourg de Four, thanks to its old wrought iron sign. This very old pastry shop has the reputation of being the best in town. So much so that according to the little story, when the rents of the real estate in the old town started to reach peaks, the managers thought of moving. This caused a real outcry. The Genevans "contributed" to help him pay his rent. What could be more convincing to guarantee the fame and excellence of his cakes?
