What is a bossette? It's a small rolling barrel, the receptacle for grapes picked in the Terrasses de Lavaux. The name of this bistro pays homage to the terroir. While the establishment has been involved in various types of cuisine for the hundred years it has been open, it now devotes itself to flammekueches, those delicious Alsatian tarts with thin pastry and a base of onions, bacon and cream. You'll be able to decide on the composition before enjoying it washed down with a good craft beer! The atmosphere is just right.
