Delicious fondues, in a Swiss chalet with terrace to enjoy the whole city. Typical as well as folkloric!

Charming chalet on the edge of Sauvabelin wood. You'll come for fondue, raclette, tasty charcuterie or rösti made with delicious Venoge tomme. In a very Swiss décor, with red gingham lampshades, bells and other Swiss clichés, it's obviously the place to be for tourists. Every Friday and Saturday, the evening is accompanied by one or more different artists. Both typical and folkloric, the cuisine is good, with local products and wines. In summer, the terrace is exceptional.

jolie découverte
nous avons mangés sur la terrasse de ce restaurant avec une très jolie vue sur Lausanne, avons mangé une très bonne fondue bourguignonne ,bonne viande et bonnes sauces

Plats typiques et endroit agréable
On a déjeuné ici après la visite de la fondation l'Hermitage et on s'est bien régales avec de plats typiques de la cuisine locale. L'endroit est aussi fort agréable.

Même si l'odeur de fondue vous envahit dès l'entrée dans le chalet, bien d'autres mets locaux vous sont proposés. Accueil sympa, aussi envers les enfants (ils reçoivent bloc à dessiner et crayons!). Un seul bémol: si les prix des plats sont corrects, attention: le vin va vite faire grimper l'addition...
