This Japanese restaurant in the pleasant surroundings is certainly not the best in Lausanne but it is not too expensive. We appreciate this address for its Gogo Sushi menu, served until.
Good plan: The Taiyo Express on the rue du Petit Oak 22 proposes sushi to 50% every night from 21 am to 22 pm.

De plus l’itamae (chef cuisiner de sushis) se trouve derrière son bar à sushis en confectionnant ses hors-d’œuvres devant les clients du restaurant.
Lors de mon passage, j’ai choisi la formule sushis à gogo (uniquement les mardis et mercredis), des mets frais préparés à la minute. Les plats arrivent très rapidement, une belle présentation et un délice en bouche. En résumé, vous ne serez pas déçu.
