La Pause has taken the place of the old neighbourhood butcher shop. In this beautiful place with a trendy design, the focus is on sandwiches made to order and poke bowls. If you're not familiar with this dish of Hawaiian origin, it's a bowl of rice mixed with various ingredients, such as raw fish, raw vegetables, fruit and beans, all topped with a vinaigrette.
