BRASSERIE DU GRAND-CHÊNE
Soak up the atmosphere of a Parisian brasserie, in the heart of Switzerland, in a palace that's a little out of time.
On the first floor of the Lausanne Palace, an establishment steeped in history: it celebrated its centenary in 2015. On two levels, it's an elegant Parisian-style brasserie, with green leather banquettes and dark wood. The menu, in the original form of a 1920s gazette, offers traditional dishes and a wide selection of wines. Salads, seafood, octopus, turbot and sole, perch fillets, poached eggs en meurette, beef entrecôte, snails, sauerkraut royale, pot-au-feu. Summer terrace.
