CAFÉ DE CHAVANNES
Located on the outskirts of Lausanne, close to the EPFL, the Chavannes Café is an address for gourmet purposes. The rather sleek frame allows a refined and refined bistro kitchen, favouring seasonal products. The card, rather short, changes three times a year and offers classics, such as the tender of homemade butter beef, and more original suggestions, such as risotto gambas to limoncello. Former owner of the th century restaurant in Lausanne, Pascal Piot has been able to create a friendly atmosphere in this place, a little lost, but deserves a detour. especially in summer for its large terrace.
