A traditional brasserie that takes us back in time with old photos of Lausanne hanging on the walls. Beautiful light wood design. In the basement, a carnotzet allows you to taste cheese specialties in a typical setting. You can enjoy all the traditional "caquelons du vigneron" cuisine, where you cook the meat in red wine. The menu is rich: fondues, cheese crusts, röstis, malakoff, meats, lake fish, sauerkraut, sausages, papets vaudois, you name it! The choice is wide.

J'adore cette brasserie typique, avec ce décor à l'ancienne, vintage!! et on y mange très bien. Serice rapide à midi, ce qui est pratique! J'ai aussi mangé la raclette dans le carnotzet en bas, très sympa aussi. La carte est ultra large...voire trop!! Difficile de faire son choix. Mais ils proposent des plats de brasserie traditionnels. J'aime y aller de temps en temps.
