Two main specialities for this famous bistro of the lausannoise periphery: Good steaks saignants sauce béarnaise at an unbeatable price. And an early opening that attracts all those who spent the night dancing in the Flon! It's a pity that the waitresses are no more happy than that.

The Butcher Café is an old institution that used to host workers from abattoirs and workers early in the morning. The new manager then had the right idea to keep these hours, as well as the neighbourhood bistro decor. Terrace with guinguette spirit.

Comme toujours, excellent rapport qualité prix, assiettes généreuses et cadre convivial. Nous avons par ailleurs essayé le café glacé au dessert, et il vaut vraiment le détour !

Très jolie terrasse, fréquentation décontracte et sympa, service de qualité, carte appétissante et cuisine excellente (juste tout petit bemol sur l’accompagnement/quantités et sur le peu de choix de dessert)

Bon restaurant. La carte est variée et la cuisine est bonne. La terrasse est bien sauf qu'avec les travaux, ça fait très vite trop de bruit. Sinon, on y passe un bon moment
