Two main specialities for this famous bistro of the lausannoise periphery: Good steaks saignants sauce béarnaise at an unbeatable price. And an early opening that attracts all those who spent the night dancing in the Flon! It's a pity that the waitresses are no more happy than that.
The Butcher Café is an old institution that used to host workers from abattoirs and workers early in the morning. The new manager then had the right idea to keep these hours, as well as the neighbourhood bistro decor. Terrace with guinguette spirit.

Nous connaisons le café des bouchers depuisplus que 30 années. C'était excellent aussi avec l'ancien patron.

Service désagréable, le plat est arrivé avant qu'on ait fini l'entrée. La carafe d'eau plate et la sauce pour la viande à 34++ CHF sont payants.

un très bon restaurant
joli restaurant où l'on mange de très bonnes spécialités de viande ,dans un cadre très agréable ,seul bémol ,la patronne qui n'est pas des plus souriante
