The White Etoile is a friendly pub with restaurant on the podium. The location offers a quiet atmosphere very much appreciated by a clientele of visitors. The decor is cared for, with parquet, old ads on columns and old paper painted on the walls. At the sound of a music that is always well chosen (a little too strong sometimes), we enjoy a traditional cuisine enhanced with a point of originality. And, above all, we are ordering the Burger of the Etoile, which has become unavoidable in Lausanne. On Sunday, a more family-friendly atmosphere comes back for the wide choice of typical British brunches, prepared by George, the English boss. Terrace on the sidewalk from the first rays of sunshine.
