The building is quite imposing, to say the least. Built in 1906, it opened its doors in 1909. Focusing on upscale tourism, the hotel attracted travelers of great style, and was one of the most luxurious establishments in Switzerland. The building retains the charm of the high-end seaside resorts of yesteryear, where guests stayed for an entire season, accompanied by their domestic staff and trunks. A site steeped in history and rooms with a modern design. If you're not staying there, why not enjoy a drink on the rooftop?

J’ai la chance de dormir dans l'hôtel Savoy et de le visiter avec mon école. L'architecture est splendide, la décoration aussi ; tout est parfait, y compris le service. J'ai eu l'opportunité de commander le service en chambre et la personne était très aimable et très hospitalière. Cet hôtel est unique à Lausanne car sa localisation est excellente et dispose même d’un rooftop avec vue à 360 degrés, et se trouve à quelques minutes du centre-ville. Le spa est très bon et les hôtesses ont été très chaleureuses envers moi.

Lieu très sympathique, commencé par apéro cigare dans leur fumoir, bien agencé.
Continué au restaurant, choix des mets et vins très intéressants, qualité des mets et du service au rendez-vous.
Je recommande.

C’était la première fois que je venais dans ce restaurant et franchement avec mes amis, nous nous sommes régalés! La cuisine étoilée est excellente et le service est irréprochable.

Bistro agréable, très bonne cuisine. Prix en adéquation pour le menu (entrée, plat, dessert) du marché malgré l'addition élevée. Première belle expérience, cela donne envie d'y retourner.
