The building is quite imposing, to say the least. Built in 1906, it opened its doors in 1909. Focusing on upscale tourism, the hotel attracted travelers of great style, and was one of the most luxurious establishments in Switzerland. The building retains the charm of the high-end seaside resorts of yesteryear, where guests stayed for an entire season, accompanied by their domestic staff and trunks. Déjeuner très agréable sur une terrasse ombragée. Un menu du marché surprenant et très apprécié. Un service discret et efficace. Je recommande ce restaurant sans aucune hésitation

Toujours une bonne cuisine. Comme l‘équipe de service a changé, l‘accueil est devenu moins chaleureux et moins attentif. J‘espère que ça va s‘améliorer.

Les desserts étaient exceptionnels, mais tout le reste était malheureusement décevant. La cuisine de Marc Haeberlin nous convenait beaucoup mieux. Par contre le cadre et le service restent très plaisants.
