The building is quite imposing, to say the least. Built in 1906, it opened its doors in 1909. Focusing on upscale tourism, the hotel attracted travelers of great style, and was one of the most luxurious establishments in Switzerland. The building retains the charm of the high-end seaside resorts of yesteryear, where guests stayed for an entire season, accompanied by their domestic staff and trunks. Très beau restaurant, cadre idyllique avec une vue incroyable sur le lac, service au top et repas délicieux ! C’était parfait du début à la fin..

Superbe cadre avec une belle vue sur le lac et la nuit tombée les lumières de Lausanne font la magie. Le repas (fondue) était vraiment excellent e. De plus le personnel est au top.
