The building is quite imposing, to say the least. Built in 1906, it opened its doors in 1909. Focusing on upscale tourism, the hotel attracted travelers of great style, and was one of the most luxurious establishments in Switzerland. The building retains the charm of the high-end seaside resorts of yesteryear, where guests stayed for an entire season, accompanied by their domestic staff and trunks. Superbe restaurant ! Personel très aimable, généreux. Vue superbe et ambiance montagnarde très réussie.

La cuisine et le service étaient excellents dans un décor à couper le souffle. L'ambiance chalet cosy est hyper chaleureuse et la vue panoramique fait le reste. Attention, lunettes de soleil indispensables ,) !

Par contre en cas de forte bise, les tables sur le côté Est sont inutilisables car le vent passe à travers la salle et même avec les chaufferettes et les couvertures, on gèle. A tel point que le vent arrive à éteindre le réchaud... Dommage que l'on ne propose pas aux clients de table du côté abrité, surtout lorsqu'il reste de la place.
