A beautiful Bernese house, located near the university hospital (the CHUV), the Bear Hotel has comfortable rooms but which deserve a little renovation. The spirit and terrace of the Italian restaurant La Masseria is welcome.

Da migliorare assolutamente la pulizia in generale!Albergo/osteria lasciata molto andare, al limite del trasandato. Il servizio alla reception e' inesistente e la persona non parla neppure francese! Lo sconsiglio vivamente, al limite da passare non piu di una notte se proprio non trovate di meglio ( dubito di questo ovviamente). L'unico punto a favore e' la posizione centrale e i buoni collegamenti con i trasporti pubblici ( metro a pochi metri).

Leider kein Auge zu gemacht , Zimmer waren zu heiss gefühlte 30grad, so musste man die Fenster offen halten, leider ist der Strassenlärm und den Lärm der Menschen in der Umgebung enorm bis spät in die Nacht oder frühen Morgenstunden.
Frühstück wird keines angeboten dies musste man sich wo anders besorgen, wenn man für dies keine Zeit hat, ist dies ärgerlich.
Bad ist sauber aber ziemlich eng für eine 90kg Person, zudem war die WC-Brille defekt.
Nachtessen im hauseigenen Restaurant war sehr fein und kann ich weiterempfehlen.
Im allgemeinen würde ich nicht mehr dieses Hotel aufsuchen, weil die negativen Punkte überragen.
