Very pleasant to stay in this family-run hotel with a host of "plus" features: renovated rooms with stunning lake views, a lounge/meeting room with a multilingual library, peace and quiet in Ouchy, free parking, a cosy café-pub with a lounge terrace and snacks until 10:30 pm, family management, a free wellness area for guests, with sauna and fitness room. A friendly base camp ideal for recharging your batteries. Buses 1 and 25 connect you to the city center.

Perfect location with amazing view on the top floor, parking makes life easier and staff is super helpful and friendly.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. L’hygiène est à déplorer, ainsi que le déjeuner est infecte quand on y découvre l’envers du décor (voir les précisions ci-dessous). Petit conseil, fuyez cet endroit ou vous risqueriez d’y attraper une méchante maladie …

Séjour exceptionnel à Lausanne ! L'hôtel offre une hospitalité chaleureuse et un service impeccable. Les chambres sont élégantes avec une vue magnifique. Le petit déjeuner varié, mettant en avant des produits locaux, a été un régal chaque matin. L'emplacement central a facilité mes déplacements. Un grand merci au personnel attentionné pour avoir rendu mon séjour inoubliable ! (Note honorable pour Julien) Hautement recommandé.

A nice little hotel, great for business workers. The rooms are comfortable although they show signs of aging.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber dadurch einen besonderen Charme. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick.
