For beginners, the bowl is a kind of big skatepark in which practitioners will seek to carve, that is to say to walk in the curves without ever losing speed while having fun with obstacles, copings and transitions. Here it has been designed by the same architect who conceived the Lugano bowl , built with the advice of a seasoned sportsman to obtain the ideal curves and tested by young skaters before its realization. The Bowl de Vidy is the largest work of its kind in Switzerland.
